How do I contact Customer Service?

Do you remove our old furniture ?

Our delivery service does not include removal of old furniture. The timing of our delivery schedules does not allow us to do this. The only exception is the removal of old mattresses. We will remove old mattresses if you notify us at the time of purchase in-store or at checkout online.

What is your Return policy?

It is our goal to offer a huge selection of great quality and stylish products that will turn your space into a home. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make things right.

What is the difference between Eastern King Mattress and Californian King?

There are two types of king beds. The eastern king beds are what most people consider a regular sized king bed. These will fit a mattress approximately 76" wide and 80" deep. California king beds are narrower and longer when looking from the front of the bed. They will fit a mattress approximately 72" wide and 84" deep.

Can I visit Dione furniture store to see the product before purchasing it?

To find out if our store has the item you want, call us at (818)271-7847. There are some selections that may not be on display, please call first.

What if the price changes after I make a purchase ?

If you bought something from Dionefurniture.com within the past 20 days and it is now listed at a lower price, let us know. Send your price adjustment request, please call Customer Service at (818) 271-7847 or message us.  We will then review and verify the price adjustment request. Dionefurniture.com has the final decision for matching an online price.

The following limitations apply:

  • The item must be identical, (e.g., size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name, color)
  • You must have purchased the item from us within 20 days of the date of your price adjustment request.
  • The offer must be valid on the item that you purchased.
  • We don’t provide price adjustments for:
  • Bundle offers, rebates, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
  • Custom-made furniture , as it can look equal but have different specifications.
  • Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
  • Items that are listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers
  • Damaged, used, or refurbished items
  • Price errors
  • Prices as a result of pickup discounts
