Delivery Options Explained
Curbside
Item(s) will be delivered to your driveway or door step. There will be no delivery appointment required or scheduled and no signature is required at the time of delivery.
Room of Choice
Item(s) will be delivered to the room or outside area of your choice. If your item will be going to an upper floor of your home, please ensure the product can be moved through your doorway(s), stairway(s), and/or hallway(s) prior to check out. Delivery appointment notification is included and a signature is required at time of delivery. Please note no unpacking, assembly, or trash removal is included with this service.
White Glove
Item(s) will be delivered to your room or outside area of your choice, including unpacking, product setup, light assembly, and full packaging removal. Delivery appointment notification is included and a signature is required at time of delivery. Please note White Glove is limited to 60 minutes of onsite service. Products requiring extensive assembly may not be included in this quote. For additional inquiries please reach out to us directly.
Missed Delivery
The selected shipping carrier will reach out to the Phone # or Email provided to schedule delivery. Please note that any missed delivery will result in fee's based on shipment size. By moving forward with our shipping option you are agreeing to be responsible for any and all additional freight charges that may arise.
Meridian Furniture reserves the right to bill for any additional services requested by customers after the order ships, including but not limited to, storage fees, missed/re delivery fees, upgrade in service level etc.
Dione Furniture's delivery pricing is based on Curbside option. Please contact to our customer service for further options:

FREE Shipping 

  • Placement of items inside or outside the front door of your residence
  • No assembly included
  • No removal of boxes and debris
  • Adult 18+ required to received delivery for Indoor Drop Off
    • If no authorized adult is present during your scheduled delivery window for Indoor Drop Off, your delivery may automatically be changed to Outdoor Drop Off by Dione Furniture (or if Dione Furniture does not change your delivery to Outdoor Drop Off, you will be charged a delivery fee to reschedule).
  • Additional charges may apply in select areas

Full Service Delivery $79 - $299 in California 

  • Placement of item(s) in room(s) of choice
  • Assembly of all items
  • Removal of all boxes and debris
  • Same Day Delivery available in certain areas for purchases made before 2:00pm
  • Does not include removal or moving of existing furniture
